1. Apply immediately through EPASS using the following button:
2. Pick up a paper application at Durham County DSS at 414. E. Main Street, Durham, NC 27701 from 7:30am-5:30pm. Paper applications can be dropped off at the agency drop boxes. Drop boxes are located both inside and outside of the building.
3. Completed paper applications can also be faxed in at 919-560-8501.

When do I turn in my FNS Recertification?
At the beginning of the month it is due. Be sure to include required verifications as listed with your form.
