NEWS RELEASE 

Durham, N.C. - The Durham County Board of Elections will be meeting on October 19, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. under N.C.G.S §143-318.12(b)(3). The Board will be immediately going into closed session under N.C.G.S §§ 143-318.11(a)(1) and (a)(3) to consult with an attorney and to preserve the attorney-client privilege in the case of Voto Latino et al v. Hirsch et al.
