Governor Cooper Appoints Philip Lehman as Chairman

On February 20, 2019, Governor Cooper selected Philip Lehman as Chairman of the Durham County Board of Elections. Appointed members of the Durham County Board of Elections for the 2019-2021 term are as follows:

Philip Lehman, Democrat (Chair)

 Pamela Oxendine, Democrat 

Dawn Baxton, Democrat

Luke Farley, Republican

Michael Gray, Republican

 The Board of Elections will meet in the coming days to receive the required oath, appoint a secretary and conduct other business as necessary. Once the date for this meeting is finalized, a separate notice will be distributed.
