DCSO Nabs Durham’s "Most Wanted"
Subject Arrested Overnight without incident
Durham, NC (Friday, June 7, 2024) – The Durham County Sheriff’s Office announces an arrest overnight of a subject who recently appeared on Durham Crimestoppers’ “Most Wanted” list. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. this morning at a hotel located along the 4400 block of NC Highway 55.

After receiving an informative tip about the subject’s whereabouts locally, DCSO Patrol Units arrived at the location to investigate. The subject initially barricaded himself but later acquiesced to law enforcement, was taken into custody without further incident, and transported to a local hospital. Arrangements are being made to transfer the suspect to the Durham County Detention Center for processing.

Charges Include
Outstanding felony warrants for possession of heroin
Financial card identity theft
Flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle
