County Convenience Sites to Open on a Delayed Schedule, July 22

Durham, NC – Durham County residents that use Durham County’s Convenience Sites to discard waste should note that all four locations will open on a delayed schedule on Thursday, July 22, 2021, for staff professional development training. The locations: Rougemont – 108 Bill Poole Rd.; Bahama – 9008 Quail Roost Rd., Redwood – 100 Electra Rd., and Parkwood – 5928 Highway 55, will reopen at 1 p.m. on the day of training. The following day, the sites will resume normal business hours. Hours of operation for each site can be found on the County Convenience webpage here.

 

Durham County’s roadside recycling collection services will not be affected by the delayed schedule.
