Facts:

Durham County Government will formally unveil its new logo to the public on Monday, October 22, 2012.
The new logo inspired by the words passionate, committed, inclusive, collaborative leading, accountable, proactive and confident, is a catchy and updated visual for the county.
The public is invited to witness the formal unveiling, learn how the new look came about, and partake in celebratory activities at the event scheduled at Durham Central Park, located at 534 Foster Street in Downtown Durham.

The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. and end at 1 p.m.

Information booths, vehicles wrapped in the new look, give aways, food trucks and entertainment are among exciting things to expect at the Durham County Brand Launch Event.
The event is free and open to the public.
