Durham, NC – When a child is missing, it is a concern for the entire community. The Durham County Department of Social Services along with local law enforcement, is seeking help for the community to find one year old Andre Thompson. He was reported missing on August 4, 2014.
Efforts of DSS and law enforcement in multiple counties have not been able to locate the child or his parents. The child had been placed in the custody of the Department of Social Services by the court. He was last seen by Durham County DSS with his mother Dreama Ferguson. There is currently a warrant for the arrest of Ferguson and the missing child’s father, Andre Thompson.
Durham County DSS has joined resources with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to find the missing child.
